The CEO asked us to organise a day of fun activities for his team with emphasis on  improving communication & establishing good relationships with each other.

This event was tailored to establishing the team's strengths in order that their engagement and motivation towards each other and their ongoing working projects could be maximised effectively as a team.

EVENT SOLUTION

Double Decker created a highly competitive, fun and interactive platform combined with many games (physical and non) which had all participants connecting and working together as a team. Conceptualising this particular type of competitive, multi-team, complex, time-focused, team building event requires precision detailing. 

Our experience allows us to do just that, all the while keeping the activities light-hearted and fun. From welcome speeches, to ice breaker groups enabling people to get to know each other in a more relaxed environment, Double Decker project managed the entire event, with plenty of rest breaks with water & snacks and a provided light lunch to keep energy levels up.

The activities arranged were energetic, fulfilling and a lot of fun. The whole team agreed that it was a great way to bond together and build that “team cameraderie” expected from the event.
