BRIEF

On experiencing our work at a previous event, this client contracted us to create and project manage their bi-annual Corporate Fun Day The brief was to create and deliver a highly enjoyable and rewarding afternoon of family fun day activities to engage and entertain over 1200 of their members and families together during the course of the day.

EVENT SOLUTION

For this event we used the client’s own premises, which included plenty of outdoor space – the perfect site for a funfair, giant inflatables and garden games. The area was busy, colourful and engaging with many fairground attractions for everyone to enjoy.

Younger guests (and plenty of adults!) were enthralled by entertaining stage shows throughout the day alongside plenty of colourful, walkabout characters such as giant mascots, stilt walkers and other live performers, all of which combined to create a carnival atmosphere at the event. There was plenty of shade for families to set up picnic areas plus lots of delicious food and beverages on hand for the guests.
